This team is part of the enterprise services group enabling the digital transformation journey, fueled by expertise and experience. The group is composed of digital advisors, engineers, consultants and support professionals. Their job is to help enterprises implement and adopt the company's products, services, software and devices to solve, envision and understand new possibilities for business.
This team is the tiered support model our client is offering to customers. This model includes different levels increasingly advanced support that their customers can choose from. There are also a la carte offerings customers can add to each support level. The goal of this team is to provide a value-based pricing model that can be tailored to customer needs.
We are actively looking for an experienced Licensing Analyst to support this team. This person will be working cross-functionally to identify duplicate licences across multiple agreements and help translate technical and pricing updates into communications for field teams.
