This team is part of the enterprise services group enabling the digital transformation journey, fueled by expertise and experience. The group is composed of digital advisors, engineers, consultants and support professionals. Their job is to help enterprises implement and adopt the company's products, services, software and devices to solve, envision and understand new possibilities for business.

 

This team is the tiered support model our client is offering to customers. This model includes different levels increasingly advanced support that their customers can choose from. There are also a la carte offerings customers can add to each support level. The goal of this team is to provide a value-based pricing model that can be tailored to customer needs.

 

POSITION

Position Description

We are actively looking for an experienced Licensing Analyst to support this team. This person will be working cross-functionally to identify duplicate licences across multiple agreements and help translate technical and pricing updates into communications for field teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Pull licenses in excel and identify duplication of licenses across multiple agreements
  • Ability to pull and translate data from Power BI and reporting
  • Create memos for stakeholders
  • Create process documentation
  • Create/manage newsletter to the field
  • Write deal guidance
  • Update rules and process flows
  • Translate technical and pricing updates such as pricing tool releases, discount guidelines, etc to the field
  • Develop standards and protocols with team for documentation
  • Maintain stylistic, notational, and organizational standards to unify communication and strategy

 

Qualifications

  • BS / BA
  • Previous licensing experience
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail, self-driven
  • Ability to write explanatory & procedural styles for multiple audiences
  • Knowledge and experience using Power BI
  • Advanced Excel
  • Structured execution and deeply organized
  • Able to interpret technical and pricing information
