POSITION

Position Description

We are actively looking for an HR Support Specialist to oversee the “white glove” data management process as it relates to Microsoft employee lifecycles.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support data management processes; consult with Program and Line partners
  • Support employee lifecycle operations
  • Utilize MS Office, SharePoint, and various other tools to record data and communications

 

Must Haves

  • Office, SharePoint, and Windows proficient
  • Experience working in Process & Analytics, Payroll (beneficial), Troubleshooting, Process oriented, Data Analysis, and/or Data Entry
  • Self-motivated and dependable with strong interpersonal awareness
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively cross-organizationally and cross-culturally
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously within tight deadlines
  • Flexible, action and results oriented
  • Good problem-solving skills; confidence in judgement
  • Ability to continuously adapt to changing priorities and works well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
  • Customer Advocacy – Minimum 5 years strong Customer Service experience
