Engagement Manager, Solution Design & Delivery

As an Engagement Manager in the Solution Design and Delivery community, you will develop, grow and maintain key programs and accounts at Revel by custom tailoring our digital services to meet the needs of our clients. Your core responsibilities will include client stewardship, cross-community solutions management, client success and business development. The role of an Engagement Manager is an opportunity to be a part of team curating solutions to some of the world’s most compelling problems and helping guide our clients and their business through the age of digital disruption.

As an Engagement Manager for the Solution Design & Delivery community, you:
  • Will master the art of creating executive-level relationships in organizations
  • Are confident in the presentation of the Revel story and offerings to help advise clients about innovation, design and delivery/implementation
  • Leverage a craft background (e.g., design, business, technology, program delivery) to reinforce your relationships and build client credibility
  • Lead new business development by providing strategic insight, problem framing, a high-level approach and cost estimates
  • Write proposals and SOWs, draft the initial plan, activities and delivery methodology
  • Oversee budget and negotiate contracts through the Revel and client procurement process
  • In collaboration with business development, maintain the Revel account plan and client roadmap
  • Assess performance and provide feedback and career guidance for those on your engagement
  • Assist with Solution Design & Delivery interviews and provide feedback to prospective candidates
  • Regularly connect with your Business Development counterpart to co-create account strategies and pursuit plans
  • Collaborate with community leads to ensure the best people are assigned to the engagement and the client’s priorities are understood
  • Monitor team morale and communicate team successes to the Solution Design & Delivery community
  • In collaboration with your Solution Design & Delivery community, help qualify individual pursuit requests to ensure Revel appropriateness
  • Mitigate risks and issues, providing ongoing management of the client’s expectations
  • Ensure quality work is delivered on time and budget, to the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Take personal accountability for year-on-year revenue growth and client retention
  • Take personal accountability for target gross margin for each phase of the program
  • Seek out ecosystem opportunities that involve the wider Revel family (Strategy, Experience Design, Analytics etc.)
  • Are proactive in exploring new opportunities for the client – focused on the present, but always planning for the future
  • Evangelize Revel’s design approach and share the client’s business vision with internal teams
  • Act as the client’s confidant and primary point of escalation
  • Always provide the client with the best value and most relevant services from Revel
  • Attend and contribute to Revel community events; be a Revel ambassador
  • Represent Revel at external events and share industry POVs
  • Champion Solution Design & Delivery within Revel, identifying and mentoring the next generation of candidates

Set yourself apart:
  • Understanding of and experience with driving and applying human-centered design processes, working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Service and Digital Product Creation
  • Curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions
  • Excellent leadership skills, problem-resolution abilities, and good judgment
  • Entrepreneurial outlook
  • 10+ years of cross-functional program and solution(s) delivery experience i.e. strategy, design, org design and engagement, business process, technology, and analytics
